Should I stick with Travis Henry and take a chance or plug in

Kenny Watson against PITT at home or
Earnest Graham against JAX at home as well

Both guys have a tough matchup. I have KW in a PPR league and I plugged him in. Henry may take one hit and go to the bench with that type of injury. I would go with someone who is healthy
