Here are my early picks. I'll be back with some late action!

A little side note:

I coach a local high school team, and we have our game today instead of the usual Friday night. We are currently 1-1 and are playing the team favored to run away with the conference today. The local paper guy has us losing by 32, so I guess we are at a +32 today. A little background before you all place your bets:

We lost our top tailback for the season after game 1, and our offense struggled last week losing 26-6. Our opponent this week is 2-0 with a pretty stout defense. :eek::eek:

Week 1 we were a 7 point dog, and won SU 21-14. Week 2 we were a 6 point dog and lost by 20. 1-1 ATS this year (based on the local paper guy's predictions)

Of course, I don't bet on High school football....jeez! Anyway, wish us luck today...looks like we'll need it!! :eek: :tongue:

an update on our high school game today.

To sum it up....OUCH! We had some early injuries and turnovers and against a team which we were really overmatched, that hurt a lot. We lost 55-0. Well, we'll keep our heads up and come back next week.
