I went 2-1 Saturday in CFB, winning with East Carolina and NC State and losing w/A & M. I've lost two of my last three NFL picks and need to get back on track there. The following play was posted earlier in the week at the line listed below. Although it has dropped, the play is still very good.
2* 49ers +3
New Orleans has won two in a row and all its troubles are behind it, right? Wrong. This is a poor football team still overrated off last year's big season. The 49ers should come out with a big effort after Gore ripped his teammates and the coaching staff. I really like playing teams off a loss off the bye as they tend to play very hard the following week, knowing their whole season is in jeopardy. Smith back at QB for the Niners. Straight up upset.
