for the great special teams VT is supposed to have, they are the only reason this game isn't over. Two roughing the kicker penalties, and their punter is just awful. Idiot can't kick the ball more than 30 yards. The only time he kicks it further than 30 yards is when he needs to kick it only 30 yards to keep it from a touchback,
