      My wife and I enjoyed a delicious buffet at Caesars Palace when we there in August.

        The key to AC is not to expect Las Vegas.

        Its a different place with a different feel. The only thing AC has in common with Vegas is legalized gambling.

        BigMike's advice rings true as The Borgata is the hot spot in AC right now.

          Borgata is the only classy place to go. All the rest you will be dealing with NJ trash. haha, sounds harsh but....when the shoe fits. You will also notice a defined foul smell when driving in.
          1 = $25

                  I guess I am in the minority here.
                  I hadn't been to Atlantic City for 13 years until my trip in August and my wife, being from Colombia, had never been there;it has changed quite a bit.
                  We had a great time there walking and shopping on the Boardwalk and the other outlet ma ll nearby,having nice meals, doing a little bit of gambling in the Casinos and just enjoying the beautiful, sunny warm weather;we will definitely go back there next year.
                  No it is not Las Vegas, but is a lot closer(at least for me), it also has an ocean(unlike Las Vegas), and as stated, we had a great time!

                    One word...Borgata. Didn't even waste my time going anywhere else.
