Abosultely NOT. They had almost a week off before they faced the D Backs and they came out and fuckin swept them. The Rockies played 3 games vs the Red Sox this season @ Fenway and won 2 out of 3 outscoring them 20-5. I know this was back in June but that was even before they were as hot as they are now. I am definately taking the Rockies at that ludicrous price. No respect for a team of destiny.

Of the 5 previous teams who entered the playoffs on a DD Win streak, 4 failed to win the Title ......

They may have won 3 in a row and came back from 3-1 but:

1.)The Rockies were 6.5 games back of the wild card with 16 games left

2.) They came back from two runs down in the bottom of the 13th inning just to make the playoffs

2.) They are the first team since the 1935 Cubs to have won 21 of their last 22 games

3.) They are the first team since the 1976 Reds to start the playoffs 7-0

4.) They have a team playoff ERA just over 2....

All of this pales in comparison to the Red Sox coming back from 3-1 in terms of "destiny"

I am not taking the Rockies to win the series because they are due to turn that trend about the DD win streak around... Its for the other reasons stated above. So much value in the line IMO aswell....

Well, IMO that is why the line is so high. As stated by someone on here earlier today, if it was lower, everyone would be on Boston and Vegas DOES NOT want that. I don't bet on lines, i bet on teams. If it was based on lines, i would take every NHL team everyday getting over +200
