My guess is BC -2 or -3. Similar to this past Thurs. Tech started sluggish. I think honestly they were pressing too much at home, and not so fired up about the early home competition. They didn't have their identity (and of course they got smoked at LSU but who hasnt) Moving Taylor to QB has really added a spark and energy to this team. But I think the biggest thing was heading on the road for a couple. Destroying Clemson and Duke with Beamer ball. (Blocking kicks, scoring on D, ball control.) BC looked ok at ND. A little flat, and Ryan threw a couple bad ones, one was housed for 6. That said, having a bye and coming home on a Thursday night against #2 on Halloween week does not bode well for the opposition IMO ( and yes maybe its slightly homerish but trust me on the Thurs night in Blacksburg.) I expect the place to be more insane than ever with Halloween involved and most classes being cancelled for that day. I expect the D to be pressuring Ryan all night and for the Hokies to win by 10 or more if Taylor can play. I still think they can win without hime but Glennon will have to be mistake free. Just my long winded thoughts...
