nice post game statement.....until the last play by USF, that game wasn't decided.......could've gone either way....

USF had first and 10 on the Rutgers 10, but offensive pass interference was called, bringing it back.....was a good call, but not one that is called every day....both pushing and shoving, but the Offensive player was more flagrant.....
