    USF is down to -2. Can we read into that at all?
    1 = $25

    Not really - not just yet anyway.
    You have more of a market up Nawth- you see!
    However, it qualifies as a reverse line movement- we have more folks on South Florida but the the line goes down by a point. Some consider that smart or larger money coming in on Rutgers.

        It only moved a 1/2 point...nothing significant at all....if anything it is because the public loves the unranked team as a home dog vs a ranked team....I like the Bulls as they are the much better team and have had the tougher schedule reagardless of being on the road but WTF do I know about NCAAF.....

          yea, but it's college....so being the better team doesn't matter....if it were that easy we would all be rich.

          it was -3 for me this morning and now it's 2. I was looking to go big on the bulls but now i'm a little scared. I'm just waiting for someone smarter than I to re assure me that the move doesn't mean much.

            It has never went to 3 on my book....jumping between 2.5 and 2.0 today and yesterday....I do however find it VERY strange how the line is that low with the #2 team in the nation playing Rutgers who isnt even ranked....that scares me that the line is so low in general....regardless of -2,-3,-4 or whatever.....

              Actually, I think the line opened at 3 and moved to 2. I don't have access to any consensus monitoring sites other than ********* which may or may not be a reflection of betting patterns. If, however, ********* is any indication of consensus, there are 59% on USF and 41% on RU, but the line moved from an open of 3 to 2 currently. Some would say that is an indication of so-called 'sharp' or 'smart' money on Rutgers. Doesn't mean they'll win, but it does look like there has been some big $$$ coming in on the home dog.

                Your still in the game so your smart enough!

                My opinion is it's a home dog wager and that is why the swing is to Rutgers. I can't cap it any way except the Bulls way. Home field is an important factor but remember this is a very small stadium (@40,000) and they have won in bigger ones this year against better teams (Auburn).

                  Yup- Chado - -3 to -2 on most books.
                  These are my home boys- (alma mater). I will be on USF for the season and will continue to believe as I did with Florida last season. It comes down to preparation and USF has done that well so far. This game will be a great game to watch!

                      The Bulls haven't allowed a 100-yard rusher in 14 games, but will face Rutgers All-American Ray Rice, the last to reach the mark against them when he ran for 202 yards on 35 carries and two TDs last season.

                      "It was a great challenge,' said defensive end George Selvie, who has a single-season school record 20 1/2 tackles for a loss. "We love it, but we've got to keep it that way all season.'

                      South Florida is 1-1 all-time against Rutgers, beating the Scarlet Knights 45-31 on Nov. 5, 2005 in its only visit to Piscataway.

                        Yes, more money is wagered on Rutgers.

                          Personally just the way i play them,if the % is 80 or more and the line goes the other way then i play it.Usually means smart money.If its lower then i go opposite of the line move...so in that theory i will prob take so.florida tonight.Like anything in gambling it doesnt always work..but i do play it usually along with my othes plays
