I am taking :
CLE +110
Manny's comments have no effect IMO, but I couldn't resist the catchy headline.
ALCS Game 5. This is a defining game for CC Sabathia, even moreso than the Indians. The Tribe have jumped out to the lead in 6 straight games, and get the Sox at home this time, where they are 18-3 L21. HP Ump Cederstrom is a notorious homer, as his 25-14 record indicates.
CC has not been in a good groove for awhile, and I am betting he keeps the Tribe in this one, as they were 15-5 in his home starts ( 24-12 overall).
And Beckett has been nuts all year, but if you are going to beat him, your best shot is at night. Sox are 10-1 in daytime starts, but "only" 13-8 at night. Point is, this is where the story ends.
Folks I have been on a serious roll, and as soon as the Tribe closes out the Sox, I will have correctly picked the winners of all 6 postseason series, ( I don't know anyone anywhere who can make that claim!)in which 4 of them were series underdogs. Yes, this is rare for me, but when you are hot, you are HOT. These teams are 19-2 at this point. I have not gone 19-2, but I have gone something like 9-1, plus some runline plays and alt-rl plays.
I did predict a CC series (Col v Cle) in one of my long threads. so I am officially one win away.
I don't need praise or attaboys or any recognition, I am only trying to help. It seems like if I don't make a boastful headline or make it a 500* GOY, noone notices.
Some may have been lost in the bottom of older threads, so this one goes out with plenty of notice.
