Bcs Fraud At #2 South Florida

Dont mean to piss anyone off but if anyone believes the south florida is the 2nd best team in the country their drunk. I like the fact that a team that started play in the late 90's are rated that high but there at least 8-10 teams that are better. The wv victory at home was nice but pat white got hurt and its always good to get a little home cooking against wv. Goodluck to them regardless

They are where they deserve to be at this point. Unlike many others, they have not lost a game they were supposed to win!

I think they deserve to be where they are at right now. They have taken care of business, won on the road at Auburn, and have done all that has been asked of them. Are they the 2nd best team in the country, maybe...maybe not...but we've had this argument every year since the bcs has came out.

Why are they a fraud? They have been winning convincingly in all their games. I do realize they have played incredibly weak talent, but they have gotten it done, and quite impressively at that. That defense is pretty good. They do have questions at offense but they are clicking right now. Still think the Big 10 is too slow and they will be exposed when they go out of conference, but I disagree with your comment of being a fraud. Who would you put at number one? USF? BC?

I agree.Plus(not that Texas is great)Central Fla played right with Texas this year and South Fla manhandled them this weekend.

Very well stated, KB...the system itself leads to questioning...as imperfect as it is, it is what we have to live with...the polls are such inexact science...i just think teams and coaches should just shut up and get it done...

while i don't think they are the best team, when an independant system has to rank the teams, they should be #2. haven't lost yet, and have some quality wins.

They shouldn't even put the BCS rankings out now. it just hacks people off unnecesarily.

The BCS (and I LOVE it) almopst awlays gets the right two teams at the end of the season. if South Flor runs the table (unlikely), they'll stay in the top 2. if they lose a game, they won't.

Personally, I think Oh St and So Flor should be 1-2 but if any SEC team can end the year with only one loss, they should be elevated as the SEC is five times tougher than any other league
