Hopefully I'm on the right side of this one. Dunkel shows this one going under by 4 points. I know your not big on trends and either am I, but I still look at them and they are pointing to the under. I then look at rushing and passing statistics.

Michigan avg. 4.4 ypc which is slightly above average. Pudue allows 4.0 ypc on defense. Michigan will have some success running the ball.
Purdue avg. 4.4 ypc which is slightly above average. Michigan allows 3.7 ypc on defense. Michigan should do a decent job at stopping the run.
Michigan averages a very weak 196 ypg through the air while Purdue struggles in coverage allowing 248 ypg. Weakness vs weakness. We'll see what happens but I think Michigan will stick to the run game.
Michigan does a pretty good job at stopping the pass giving up 205 ypg in the air. Purude is one of the better passing teams in the league throwing for 303 ypg. Strength vs Strength.

I see Michigan running the ball a lot, but not will. This means less clock stoppage since we should see more 2nd and 3rd downs. I think Purdue is going to have trouble moving the ball for the most part. I just hope they stick to a conservatie game plan and not try to force that pass resulting in turnovers for points. I see this game in 40's. Only time will tell.
