  • What a disgrace coming out @ Home and getting your ass handed to you TWICE to start a 5 game series!

There goes my "Series" money down the shitter!

    • Phillies backed door the playoffs, and are getting back doored at home by the Rockies...it would be improbable, BUT NOT IMPOSSIBLE, for the Phillies to win the next three games.
They played like pansies at home when we needed them the most, hope they show up in Colorado and force game 5 back in Philly. GO PHILLIES !

      • You guys are all ignorant...once again, you don't back into the playoffs after finishing 13-4 on the season...yea, they're not playing well, but how about Colorado gets some credit...I'm not sure anybody would beat them already.

PS Of the 4 major sports, homefield advantage means less in baseball than any other sport.

If recent memory serves me right the hot team coming into the playoffs has done very well the last several seasons.

            • The Phils probably get swept now and it is really disappointing considering the High they were riding to end the season ............

actually, I think the last 2 years the team struggling coming in won it all (Cards and I forget the year before that)

I agree, but I think most of it is who they're playing...there lineup is just as good, if not better than the Phillies and their pitching is obviously a lot better

                      • Just checked. Cardinals backed in and the White Sox were red hot.

ok, my bad...regardless, the Rockies are on fire

I bet on them to win the NL so that tells you what I thought of the Phillies chances
