Yo guys/girls, it's been a while! Hope everyone is doing great! I've been taking some time off from this to really focus on everything in my life but had to come back for the baseball playoffs and missed yesterday but I said, all right, if I was going to bet yesterday (before the games started) who would I have picked and honestly, The Red Sox, Arizona and Phillies. Woulda gone 2-1, +.5 units. Shoulda coulda woulda, that doesnt mean anything, it all starts out fresh today/tonight and beyond.
Honestly right now, how could you pick against the Rockies. They beat up on the best pitcher in the National League (Peavy) and scores some runs off a pretty decent pitcher last night in Cole Hamels. It's almost as if the Colorado Rockies are not human and they have already sealed their victory in this series. Sure seems that way. The way Holiday and Tulowitzki and just the way that team meshes with each other is very scary. Franklin Morales is 21 years old, he's young but hes got some great potential and has already faced this same team earlier this year going 5 innings letting up no runs and a few hits. Kyle Kendricks faced the Rockies and he hasnt faired well against them at all. Very hittable pitcher. If Colorado is going to beat up on pitchers like Peavy and Hamels, they will sure as hell hit Kyle Kendrick and maybe the Phillies break out the bats, I see the over hitting in this one today. All 3 games yesterday stayed UNDER the total. This could be the first over as im sure there will be many hits on both clubs tonight with the team thats won 15 of 16, the Rockies going on top 2-0 back to Colorado.
