She hasn't gotten shit. In the court of law, there's a thing called appeals. The Knicks will appeal this forever. What's more than likely a possible scenario, is that the Knicks will settle out of court with her for maybe 10% of that amount. If she is smart, she'll take it. Or she'll have to wait 20 years til the Knicks run out of appeals.....

she will get more than the 10%.....i believe the appeal process in civil court can not be done over and over.....i assume the knicks want this to go away more than the money....My guess is that she gets 2.3 million (10 years salary)....

You're pretty much right TTT. In this case it's factual evidence as oppose legal evidence which is much, much harder to appeal. If it were a legal issue, the appeals process would be much easier to overturn or extend. The Knicks will have to try and prove legal error by the trial judge in order to get the appeals extended. Tough to do. The appeals process in cases like this can last around 2 years. But they can also appeal it to a higher court which could extend it another couple of years. So maybe four years max in the appeals process. And as far as settling goes, more than likely she will probably settle for somewhere in the neighborhood of 50%. I was way off on that one....
