Any site that states to stay away from books, because they are in Costa Rica in my opinion is full of it.
Costa Rica started implenting a 1 time fee that the books must pay each year. There are some big books there. One of the biggest is Big Nasa who spends millions and millions on advertising during football. So I would not worry about playing with Costa Rica books as they probably have 50% of the sportsbetting pool right now.Comment
