  • Superbowl Projections (Excel Program)

My apologies. When I posted this the other day, I had used the Raw Power Ratings (I have several PR's) instead of my Average Power Ratings. I think I got it right this time.

*Official NFL Playoffs and Superbowl predictions come after each team has 5 games under their belt (after week 6). For the fun of it, here's what the projections look like from week to week based on Power Ratings from my Excel Program. Playoff teams are listed with division winners first and then the two wildcard teams:

    Superbowl:

After Week Two: Pit over Was

After Week One: Pit over Car

    AFC Championship:

After Week Two: Pit over Nwe

After Week One: Pit over Ind

    NFC Championship:

After Week Two: Was over Car

After Week One: Car over Was

    AFC Playoffs:

After Week Two: Nwe, Pit, Hou, Den, Ind, Ten

After Week One: Nwe, Pit, Ind, Den, Hou, Sdg or Ten

    NFC Playoffs:

After Week Two: Was, Min, Car, Sea, Dal, Det

After Week One: Was, Min, Car, Sea, Det, Dal

    Top Five NFL Teams:

After Week Two: (1.) Pit (2.) Nwe (3.) Hou (4.) Was (5.) Ind

After Week One: (1.) Pit (2.) Car (3.) Ind (4.) Hou (5.) Nwe

    Top Five AFC Teams:

After Week Two: (1.) Pit (2.) Nwe (3.) Hou (4.) Ind (5.) Den

After Week One: (1.) Pit (2.) Ind (3.) Hou (4.) Nwe (5.) Den

    Top Five NFC Teams:

After Week Two: (1.) Was (2.) Car (3.) Min (4.) Dal (5.) Sea

After Week One: (1.) Car (2.) Was (3.) Min (4.) Sea (5.) Det
