          I doubt he will be stipped of the win but I'm sure he will lose points, probally a fine, and maybe and a small maybe crew chief suspension.

                this happened to kyle busch earlier not a problem like the others on the COT car because they did not do anything different.kyle busch was docked 25 points and crew chief fined $25,000
