David Ragan starts 35th, but was 11th fastest in happy hour yesterday and 20th in the 2nd practice.

Scott Riggs qualified 6th, but was 28th in 2nd practice and 30th in happy hour.

Ragan finished 14th here earlier this year to Riggs' 23rd place finish. Ragan definitely has the edge, but he has to come from the back to do it. I think he has the patience to do it, if he doesn't get caught up in someone else's mess. GL buddy
