I know this question is not meant for me but the answer is yes. Chuck should easily handle the "dean of mean." Keith's last time out, he was handled easily by Houston Alexander. Alexander will be great in my opinion but Chuck is a major step up. This is meant to be a tune up for Chuck and allow him to have a dominating win on PPV afte his embarrassment against Rampage. IMO Chuck will knock him out in the first round.
