looks like manny is still sore....tomorrow will be key with that injury......That whole abdominal, oblique and psoas muscle structure is the worst.....The psoas is called the angry muscle.....It is like a rope and when it flairs tightens and shortens hamstrings, hip flexors and can cause lumbar pain.....long healing process....not all about strengthening but lengtheining too
