The Montreal Alouettes will go to battle against Edmonton tonight at Commonwealth Stadium without regular quarterback Anthony Calvillo and top receiver Ben Cahoon.

"If there is ever a time to get a win on Montreal it is when those two guys are out," said Edmonton receiver Kamau Peterson.

"To me, (they are) their two best players."

Calvillo is on the shelf with a shoulder injury.

Cahoon - the CFL leader in receptions with 65 - has a chest injury.

So, the Als will send Marcus Brady behind centre and will throw rookie Eric Deslauriers into Cahoon's spot."

I knew QB Anthony Calvillo may not play but had no clue that WR Ben Cahoon was gonna be out either and this is TERRIBLE news....if you havent bet this game already then dont and if you have BAIL OUT and lose the juice now!!!

Esks will win this game. Montreal Alouettes offense relies SOLELY on Calvillo and Cahoon and without them tonight the Als offensive wont amount to much.....sorry guys bail out now.....this has become a "no play"....I apologize once again!!!

If you havent bet Montreal already then yes I would now take the Esks but if you have already bet the Alouettes just bail out and lose the juice becaue the juice loss is better than losing the bet. Back up QB replacing veteran and rookie WR replacing veteran......This is not like two mediocre players that are out these are team leaders and quality veteran offensive playmakers.....sorry again guys but this has now become a no play....

I hope everyone who took the Als earlier this week comes online today and sees this cause the Esks will win tonight and if I had any idea of these two "HUGE" injuries under no circumstannces would I have posted Montreal!!!

No I do like Edmonton and have doubled up on them myself....I am not gonna count it for my record however but yes I do like th Esks and am doubling up on them!!!

I put 1 unit on the Als so now I put 2 units on the Esks so its like 1 unit on the Esks so yes take them if you like cause I think they will win tonight. However I am not counting the Esks againts th undefeated streak win or lose nor towards my record....
