Cincinnatti - Harang -127 Kip Wells pitched well for a couple of starts, but it seems to be on the decline for him again. "Wells is 2-9 with a 4.80 ERA in 18 starts and a relief appearance against the Reds. The Cardinals have given him no runs of support in each of his last two starts, and just two in the outing before that."(Yahoo) Wainright is the pitcher being substituted tonight by Wells. The Cardinals are trying to avoid a sweep but what a pitcher to have to try that against. Harang is one of the top pitchers in the NL and he has been consistant. The Reds pull off the sweep tonight even with 2 starters in Hamilton and Gonzalez hurting and maybe getting a break tonight.
