curt schilling ..im going against him TONITE

i recall a reporter from espn stating that privately Yankee hitters were saying that they can Just sit on this guys fast ball cause he doesnt have much left in the tank. but the stats reveal he has struggled against the Blue Jays over the course of his career, going 3-6 with a 5.68 ERA in 15 games, 11 of which have been starts. Toronto has its best pitcher on the hill. Im taking the generous +140 dog price in this game. I cant think of a reason to bet on schilling given all the factors that relate to this game. Schilling missed his last start and the price of BOSTON -150 seems rediculous when i look at all the factors.

ALSO NOTE:Toronto will START Shaun Marcum (12-5, 3.75 ERA). He's been Toronto's best pitcher since the break, going 8-2 with a 3.92 ERA. Marcum is 2-1 with a 2.57 ERA in seven career appearances (two starts) vs Boston and has been excellent on the road all year. He's 7-2 with a 2.65 ERA in 16 outings (10 starts) away from home in '07 (Toronto is 7-3 in those 10 road starts)

Yeah-I think Sox are going to lose tonight also, but probably will just watch and root for them rather than betting against them.

Well-I played the over;thus although I am a little disappointed Sox lost, at least Wells' two run dinger in the ninth put the game over the total.
