Fantasy Help please!

Guys which of these 5 WR's would you start for Week 1? I can start 3 WR, but am having some trouble deciding.

Anquan Boldin (Arizona)...who plays San Francisco
Darrell Jackson (San Francisco) who plays Arizona
Jerricho Cotchery (Jets) who play New England
Santonio Holmes (Pit) who plays Cleveland
Drew Bennett (StL) who plays Carolina

Thanks for any help guys as I am a little confused which defense to play.

Definitely Boldin without a doubt. Darrell Jackson my 2nd choice and then a toss up between Holmes and Bennett.

Boldin for sure. Holmes has the best matchup, so I'd take him. And I'd play Cotchery over Jackson. Definitely not Bennett. He's the worst of the 5 and has a poor matchup.
