It really is kind of ironic. All the people east of the mississippi, look at west coast ball and think that they cannot play defense. We, on the west coast look at SEC, ACC, etc and it doesn't look like you guys can play a lick of offense. Maybe it's just a point of view and nothing else.

As far as I go, I would rather see a 7-3 game anyday, than a 42-35 game. But that's just me.

on the east coast in high school defense is emphasized way more than anything else, just like out west in high school offense is emphasized.

that's why it seems like all the SEC,ACC teams just knock the crap out of each other. on the east coast you are taught to play defense, and run the ball, out west everyone has a cannon for an arm and the speed to hold a track meet.

either way I love college football period no matter where it is played..
