Kaptains "What-a-day it was" Plays

Started the CFB season off with a bang yesterday......CFB went 5-2 for +10.67 units.....Hit both 3* plays, and the big 5* on Tulsa.....Had a big teaser with LSU and Tulsa as one of the 3*, the other being the Lsu Tigers outright, and in addition had a 3-1 day on teasers......NFL was 2-0, and MLB was 3-1, for an overall day of 10-3 for +14.17 units.... here's todays

Hows the Old Knees, and back holding up.....I had quit for about the same amount of time, and last year went with 2 of the boys, bowled 3 games, and was sore for three weeks

Right arm hurt, course I throw a 16# solid rubber ACE bowling ball, no longer made, witth a 1/4" reverse to the Palm full fingertip.....I can't handle it like I used to.....Forearm, wrist, and fingers hurt the next day.....Maybe I'm just getting OLD....

Kapt. when Louisville hired Coach K he left Tulsa loaded. I unloaded on them last night made a bundle that I lost on the Cubs today. But do not sleep on Tulsa.... Good Job!!!!!!!!!!

only thing hurt me was my right thigh ,arm and wrist ok, it was fun, on some new drugs called naprelan 375 mg, works great Kapt i carried a 200+ average for years, last night i set a 132 average, but i feel i will do better this house we bowled in has a good left hand shot, will keep you posted.

You must bowl left handed then.....Your right leg is your follow up, and holds the body erect and shoulders square leg.....I'm right handed, and my left thigh hurt like hell the next day, and my left knee.....

If you're not left handed, and your right thigh is hurting, then you're pushing off too fast and hard....take a short step approach, and slow down the speed of the ball, get a bigger arc, and let the ball work for ya, till you get back in shape.....kapt
