simply put---a MAN who dresses unorthodox and flashy.......definitely associated with the MALE sex.....
In essence using the word "DUDE" without knowing what a person is wearing, is erroneously used.....on Internet, one can't determine anothers apparel.....
It's also a 50's slang that has long been dismissed and seldomly used in the English language today.......
