Chado's CFL Pick for Thursday!!!

There is one game on the Canadian football field for Thursday night and I like this selection:

The Stampeders have impressed me lately as they won two of their last three games. They dominated the Argos 3 weeks ago by a score of 33-10 and just barely lost to the B.C. Lions (5-1) @ home 2 weeks ago. However, the Stampeders rebounded well in their following game last week by going into Edmonton and beating the Esks on the road. It seems as though QB Henry Burris is starting to gain some consistency that was upsetting fans the first three games prior to these. Burris also rushed for 75 yards last week and threw for 2 touchdowns and no interceptions. Montreal Alouettes quarterback Anthony Calvillo did not practice early this week due to a groin injury, but insists he will be ready to play. This will limit his mobility and should make matters worse for a depleted offensive line who has coughed up a league-worst 27 sacks. Calgary's has the #1 rushing attack in the league with RB (or tail-back as they say in CFL) Joffrey Reynolds leading the way and with Burris seeming to come around I would expect another balanced attack tonight by the Stampeders. Calgary gets their second straight road win this evening in Montreal!!!

Well the Stamps blew way to many chances last night. I can count at least 10 points that they squandered. Right before halftime they had 1st and goal from about the 3 yard line and were unable to get in and then fucked up the FG attempt and didnt get a single point... Ah well, it was only for one unit and the important 5 unit GOY goes tonight!!! I see the line at 4.0 at most books now...
