I am seeing on scores and odds to the right of the point spread some numbers. Can someone explain what they mean and what the purpose of them are.I understand the moneyline in betting(-130 means you have to bet 130 to win 100) but I see a +00 and a o13 and a -2 on the early lines for college.Last year we said(my bookie)that a -15 or a +15 the line adjusted a half point.Any help would be appreciated.
