only because the bull pen is rested compared to Minny
(I took this bet at 10 -165 and played way more money than I am used to but hey its what has been working. Take what edge I can and pay a little more.)
I believe Bonser is beginning to pitch better. 2-4-2-3-3 and 4 out of 5 quality starts. The last one resulted in 2 runs in 7 innings against none other than these same Kansas City Royals.
(Twins are 5-2 in Bonser's last 7 starts following a Quality Start in his last appearance.)
Bannister is an under delight.
He has not been involved with an over in the last 10 games that he has pitched in.
He has registered 3-0-1-4-4 ER. in the last 5 games.
Both teams in the last 5 are hitting well against lefties but less so with right handed pitching. In looking over 10 games KC emerges with a .292 avg but Minny stays at .211 avg. Last 10 has seen Minny go 1-8 and KC 3-6 O/U.
