Spears MLB Totals
We hit another 10* Total on TB and Boston Sunday and am 2-0 on 10* Post All-Star Game Totals. Coupled with Chicago and Waynes GOY CFL and WBNA Chicago Sky- I hit a beautiful 4 team parlay that Sandman talks alot about. Thanx to both of them or I might not have played it!
On Totals- I did okay at the beginning of the season but the stats are much clearer now and getting the right jump at the right time is crucial.
I spoke about big fish before and that is when the stars are aligned and the totals generally play out as they should.
Now, I wish to thank Chuck again for the other day when he mentioned Eddings was behind home plate instead of who I had seen. That alerted me to look into it and it saved me some money as I countered the play. I have always appreciated another fellow member- giving info that I can make adjustments if needed on the play. This is what I like the best about this site. Having differences of opinions is to be expected, just do so in a manner that shows respect.
Now before you say - what does it matter that an ump has such and such a record- well lets look at the games yesterday.
If you played the umpire system by itself Sunday, (bet with the umpire on games where the umpire has an => 60% o/u record) we would have gone 5-0-1.
Just on umpires!!! - so keep it in mind that playing against them is not having the stars in alignment.
SD/Hou o 9' umpire 64% over - winner
Fla/SF o 9' umpire 68% over - winner
Atl/Arz o9' umpire 68% over - winner
Chi/Cin u9 umpire 70% under- winner
Tor/Chi u8' umpire 60% under- winner
Tex/Kan o10 umpire 100% over - push
---My play on Boston/TB was based solely on stats and angles and no interference from the umpire who was close to 50%.
So no play today, I like Toronto over TB but my sides are not my strength. Good Luck all!
