I eye balled that one, it just didn't meet my criteria for an over.....Weather conditions heavily favored that one going over, but I layed off it.....
I missed seeing that one.......I too play the OVERs

Breeze has nothing to do with it....The difference between the actual temperature, and the relative humidity was significantly different.....Temp was about 12-15 higher than the rel humid, thus creating a light ball..........Originally posted by garthI think it was about 74 degrees with a 2 mph breeze inside Minute Maid yesterday, Kaptain.

Means, the pitchers breaking stuff fell down a bit.....EZ hitting when split fingers fast balls, have no tail, sliders are not snapping, and curve balls are hanging.....
Believe it or not, the rel humid has a big bearing on breaking pitches from 60'6" away......When the temp is about 35-40 higher than the rel humid, the pitches are almost all straight with not much activity.....
And when they are this different, a regular 360' fly ball, will carry about 400'......Especially if its a spinning type of pitch, curve ball.....It flat jumps out...kapt
