Ok not such a hot start to the second half, but we will continue on. Onto today.

Seattle - Hernandez -155 Seattle has been extremely hot as of late and Baltimore is struggling with injuries. I know Guthrie has been amazing this year, but with all the injuries and the already shaky bullpen I do not see Baltimore going on the road and pulling this out against the Seattle ace. Felix has been much better as of late, including only giving up two runs against Detroit last time out. I expect this line to move down so I will wait to play it later on.
San Diego - Peavy -145 This is very low and should rise. Hernandez is a guy who does not have nearly the best stuff, but he gets people to swing a miss consistantly. In short, he does his job pretty effectively. Peavy does the same, he is just younger and better at it right now. San Diego is the first of a rough road trip for the Mets who right now are inconsistant in their play. Hitting comes and goes as well as pitching. San Diego takes game two in the same fashion as they did game one; good pitching shuts the Mets down.
