All I can say is YIKES!!

Anything PK is definately a long shot doggie.

A few problems, this stock is at .70 with no showing bid or ask, and 2500 shares traded (likely 1 trade). The problem is that there is no liquidity to this stock, to buy you pay .70, but I imagine to sell you could sell for like .60. So the spread is huge, and forget about taking a large position, you couldnt get out of it if you got into it.

Thats a chart for the stock. I have played pink sheet stocks, and they are a wild ride. If you wanted in badly, I would put in an order via online through a place like datek at a very low price, and see if it hits..say .40 or somthing. Leave the order in for a long time..And dont use a full service agent, they will ream you on commissions, versus datek at 10 bucks a trade unlimited shares.

If you like pink sheet stocks, keep an eye on FLXP, they make sensors for airbags with GM etc..this one has run from 20 to 30 cents and back to 5 cents..a real runner.

If you want a higher priced one that can make you 10-30% stick with CHTR. I also like HLIT, looks like it is breaking out.
