Milwaukee - Sheets -125 Grabbing this now as it dropped a little overnight. Milwaukee has lost two out of three and I can not see them losing 3 out of 4 to the lowly Pirates. Gorzelany and Sheets have both been amazing the last few outings, but Sheets steps up when his team needs him to today. Both pitchers threw gems when they pitched against the opposition earlier this year. Milwaukee tends to hurt left handed starters more than righties and Gorzelany gets hit hard today.

New York - Maine -115 Jason Jennings has not pitched poorly coming off the DL, but he has not been as good as John Maine has. Last year Maine pitched against this Houston squad twice and gave up 2 earned runs in 16 innings while only allowing 6 hits. Jennings just does not seem to get the run support when he throws. I see this trend continuing today as the Mets thump out a much needed win.

Minnesota - Slowey +145 Why the hell not? The Yankees are in a slump, Arod is supposed to take off till the All Star Break and Igawa is as unpredictable as any pitcher in baseball. Yet again, why not?
