That was a nice pick-up for the B's! Rangers needed centers on their top 2 lines after letting Nylander go as a free agent. They are paying Gomez $10 million for this year...completely overpaid!

Rangers are not the Yankees. Dolan does like to overpay for players though (i.e. Alan Houston)

I heard a report a few months ago Dolan was trying to meet secretly with Geourge about buying the Yanks, but Stienbrenner said "no" to the meeting. That would be even worst for Yank fans.

What the Rangers (and Knicks) need is a new owner.
