Hell no! Garnett is going to go to Phoenix. Phoenix, Minny and Boston are going to work out a deal. I hope Phoenix keeps Marion for their sake as I would love to see Amare in Boston with Pierce and the other young guys they have. I hope Boston can dump Telfair and/or Rondo along with some other players and somehow manage to keep that #5 pick.
I would not mind giving up Jefferson, Telfair, and next year's round 1 for Amare. I think Boston can get a solid player like a Jeff Green or Corey Brewer who can make an immediate impact. It might even be wise to keep the pick and try to pawn off some other bums like Wally or Scalabrine or even Ryan Gomes or Allan Ray.
They have the young talent to stockpile a deal up and maybe even pawn off a big contract like Wall's because he is dead weight. Trade a few guys, get Amare, get Jeff Green or Corey Brewer and maybe make a play for a free agent.NFL System - Year 1

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- The Lakers are aggressively pursuing trades -- and their main target reportedly is Kevin Garnett in what would be a clear attempt to placate a disgruntled Kobe Bryant.
The Lakers' proposal, according to the Los Angeles Times, includes forward Lamar Odom and center Andrew Bynum. But that might not be enough to acquire the 31-year-old Garnett, one of the NBA's most talented and versatile big men.Comment
