Well Gil Meche saved me last night as the Doggy day didn't turn out quite as good as I hoped. Homer Bailey got absolutely shelled as Philly's offense was on all night. I'd rather lose that way than to have the bullpen blow a 9th inning lead. Onto today.

Chicago - Zambrano -170 I do not know why this jumped down from -210 last night. It might be because the Rockies are the best team in baseball during June. It might also be because the Cubs are more unpredictable than what Bengal player will be arrested next. I am waiting to see if this drops more. I will re-post the final line if it is different from this.
Milwaukee - Suppan -155 The Brewers are back to beating up on the low-class teams in the NL. Suppan might not be pretty but the guy knows how to pitch against Houston. The same can be said for Woody against the Brewers, but Milwaukee is getting hot again right now. I would not want to have to visit them as they start another streak here.
New York - Glavine -170 With no word as to who will be pitching this only spells disaster and a higher line later on. I am taking this now with the hopes that a minor league pitcher will be called up to throw tonight. Being called up to pitch in the Big Apple against this Mets team that has been hot is not a lucky thing at all.
Parlay Detroit / Anaheim Ok I can not seriously see both of these teams getting swept at home vs bottom dwellers. I did feel KC would win last night and I was shocked to see Texas continue to assault Detroit pitching. The world returns back to normal today as the division leaders step it up here.

Parlay Atlanta / Baltimore The Yankees are in a serious slump and it is the weak teams in their division that tend to give them trouble. Atlanta can not afford to lose to Washington again. Smoltz steps it up tonight after the internal brawl with Chipper.
Parlay Tampa Bay / Boston I can not see Boston getting swept by Seattle. They need this game as they are wasting a chance to put the Yankees in an even deeper hole. Buehrle is the subject of so many trade rumors. His head is not going to be on right tonight as he wonders what team he will pitch for next week. Why would a guy want to pitch his heart out for a team that is going to dump him anyway?
