Im sitting here watching the Braves/Nats game and my question is this.. Why in the fuck does Bobby Cox have Andruw Jones batting clean up?? Dude is in a serious slump.. I would have Chipper in the 4 spot and either bench Andruw or drop him down to the 7th or 8th spot until he breaks out of it..

because the only way to work out of it is to keep playing and sooner or later he is going to forget about everything and hit. if he sits he will continually think about it and nothing will get fixed. amazing as to how a guy playing for around $20 million a year is playing this way. usually players have their best seasons during a contract year.

Well then why not go to my option #2 then and drop him down to the 7 or 8 spot until he snaps out of it.. 3 for your last 51 and hitting in the clean up spot?? Shit doesnt make any sense to me
