News: According to reports, a trade that would have sent Cubs OF Jacque Jones to the Marlins for a pitching prospect has fallen through. Sources cite the deal fell apart right before it was headed to the commissioner's office for approval.
Analysis: It looks as though Jones will remain as a backup outfielder for the Cubs at this time. A deal still might go through before the trade deadline, but Jones' Fantasy value still lies in NL-only leagues.
