I know JT is a fine capper but I am on the Red Sox tonight. I bring this stat up to show what complete game pitchers are doing in their next game. I will say that the National League is worse than the American League but is still a consequence.

Complete games pitchers collectively are 15-32 in 2007 (team’s record) in the following game and have coughed up enormous -26.6 units.

Weaver threw a gem of a game last time out on the 20th. He is at a disadvantage tonight. This goes for most pitchers that give their all for the win. The odds are in Boston's favor due to the complete game winner by Weaver- think of what it would be without the complete game winner?
