  • Dodgers 2-20, Me 0-1. What now, read on.

I sure was wrong about LA today and I am sorry but I still feel the same about going against them, although this may surprise you. PASS on the Dodger game tomorrow for a couple of reasons.

The line is ridiculous. No way should Toronto be -170 because Halliday is pitching. As good as he has been in the past, his ERA is over 4 so far this year. HONG-CHIH KUO is pitching for the Dodgers and I don't think a lot of us realize how good he may be. Only 3 starts but his ERA is just 2.04 in those three starts. He gave up just one run in each of his last two starts, going 7 innings and 6 innings. You don't make money laying big juice against these stats.

If the Dodgers do win this game, I'll still bet against them for at least one more game, but at least I won't lose a lot of juice doing it. And if the Dodgers do lose, I'll feel even better about going against them Thursday.

Monte. I agree, LA could lose, but I don't want to lay -163 to find out. Not when the better pitcher, on current form, is LA's. Even tomorrow, Toronto is favored -130, but that's more reasonable because Marcum has been hot. 5 quality starts out of 7.

I agree....that line is way to steep...I am a Jays fan and even with Halladay on the mound it still is never a for sure...they shouldnt be favoured by that much vs. any team cause yes they do suck...havent made the playoffs since 1993...

              Clark: What's steroids?

GrandPa. Glad you cashed. I just couldn't lay that much. But, Toronto is the play for Thursday.

meaiken. Don't feel bad. I did the same thing and this whole thing was my idea. Tonight shows that LA isn't playing good ball and I will be on Toronto even at -135 or so.
