First off, HAPPY FATHER'S DAY to all Fathers at BC ... Hope you enjoy your day !!!! I know I will .... beers, Sox, NASCAR, final round of the US Open, more beers .... beautiful thing.
Now onto the play for today..... what I've noticed in my capping is that I seem to do well when just playing my POD. I add plays when I hit early games and lose .... yesterday, I hit my 2nd "Home Run" unit with the Angels ... but lost on the total .... for a gain of 1.9 units (which is great, don;t get me wrong) ... but if I had just stuck with the HR unit, it would've been a gain of 4 units for the day ... much better ... so I'll try this for awhile and see how it works ... Will be using the same unit rating system though .... For Sunday:
957) Texas/Cincinnati OVER 10.5 (-105) (Millwood/Arroyo)
Triple Unit
-Let's start with the pitchers: Millwood is 2-6 with a 7.82 ERA, Arroyo is 2-7 with a 4.98 ERA. In their lasst 3 games, they have been horrible. Millwood 0-2, 11.08 ERA with a 2.31 WHIP in 13 innings. Arroyo is 0-2 with an 8.61 ERA and a 1.87 WHIP..... very high numbers, especially in WHIP, which I think is a very important stat when betting totals.
-Texas 5-1 O/U L6 games overall, 7-1-1 L9 on the road, 6-0-1 L7 vs a starter with a WHIP over 1.30
-Cincy 4-1 O/U L5 games overall, Arroyo 6-0 OVER L6 games as a favorite, Cincy 4-0 OVER L4 vs a starter with a WHIP over 1.30
-Ump Scott 4-1-1 O/U L6 interleague games behind the plate ...
.... I like it .... GL today gents
