Yea...once again sorry about that dirtymike...I was a little out of line here...I just hate seeing people bet that much money when its gambling and anything can happen....I just feel it could have been less of a loss if the wager amount was smaller but I dont know your bankroll so I was out of line as it may have been pennies to you....

On three ocassions I wagered $10,000.00 on a sports event........2 were NFL and 1 was NCAA FB....and sad to say, I lost all three......Now that is over a period of 35 years....

Did I dislike losing, hell yes....
Did it hurt, hell yes....
Was it more than I could pay for, no..
Did it take away from my family, no.
Would I have liked to win, hell yes....
Did my winnings for the season offset the losses, hell yes...

But I did learn to not make such large individual bets, cause it may take capping 100 games to get to the plus $10,000.00, and then lose it in one game.....

However; I will make 3 each 3G bets, knowing my odds are that I'll hit at least one, not hurt too bad, maybe 2 of 3, made money, get lucky and hit all 3.....Then again I could lose all 3....

Best way is the way Chung was doing it, one steady figure, and get on a run, don't change anything, capping is like playing cards, they can change and turn on for ya, or agin ya in a heartbeat.......

I have a friend in Philly, who every now and then will call me, and ask about what I like the most, I'll tell him, and he drops 250G on the game in a heartbeat.......Mostly in NCAA FB, or NCAA BB....He's got the Jack, he a Parlance PLayer, Wise Guy, Profession Gambler, and is worth a ton.....

I guess it's what each can afford........I understand Chados statement.......And Mike knows what he can afford to lose, none of us have a limit for what we can afford to win......kapt

Chado and every one else....I am sure this a mute point after everything is resolved between you 2, but you have to let people vent and not be the first to say stop gambling, only bet pennies, etc. The other day you assumed that someone was over their bankroll because they said Cleveland sucked. i made an observation on Thurs. this week about you, and please only accept this as a suggestion. For someone that bets 10-30 you were sure concerned about the outcome of those games as if you had 3 grand on them. You posted 42 of the 98 comments and even had to ask people to post because you were posting to yourself 15% of those. I am glad that you got your stuff taken care of and are more than eager to help others, but please take this as an example of when not to assume the person that you probably have never seen in your life has a problem. I think you are a good sports handicapper and I value your plays but I have wanted to say this for a couple of days and this was the first opportunity I have had.
