If you use the standings, all you would do is take the 15th ranked driver to make the teams equal. That at this point would be McMurray, of course the numbers may change at the end of the season, and you just recalculate. Would be fair.

The ONLY reason Busch was involved was because we thought Busch was going to Gibbs. Now that he probably isnt going to Gibbs we dont want him. We were ONLY taking him if he were a Gibbs driver. How about you guys pick us a 4th driver. The driver has to be a top 15 driver though.
