Yesterday was nothing short of Brutal. Sabathia pitches 9 shutout innings and i lose my wager. Cain pitches 8 innings and gives up one run ... and i lose my wager. The Cubs give up 3 in the bottom of the 8th and lose by 1. What could have easily been a (5-2) day in Slam plays turned in to a (2-5) day. I'm not trying to make excuses because i never do but those were tough to swallow. The notebook and my wallet says i had a horrible day of capping and i'm going to have to live with it and move on. Anyone who posts every single day will run in to those days but they are still not enjoyable. I lost both WNBA games and didn't pick a race winner either. Yes ... I probably lost the equivalent of kb, the Rook bear, dimer and JBC's combined weight yesterday. I know ... OUCH!
Let's move on to today and hope a new week is a good thing!
