3 Wise Men Sunday Interleague

-First of all , thanks to all of you for stopping in and wishing The Wise Men well each day. As you’ve seen I’m taking a hands off approach to the posting in that the card each day is thought over and then sent to you as early as possible. Then it’s off to the golf course … my pro has rebuilt the entire swing around the hip replacements … a “ one – plane ” swing which requires a whole lot of time on both our behalves. I’m striking 250 – 300 balls every day, making sure I go through the exact pre shot routine for each shot. It’s fun but sure does take lots of time. He also has me studying two of Jim Hardy’s books on the golf swing … one and two plane swings … “ The Plane Truth “ … and I’d recommend his method to anyone.

-Last October I suffered a fall down 2 flights of stairs outside a 2 story restaurant in Long Island … broke 3 cervical vertebrae … torn rotator cuff … stitches … staples … broken nose … blackened eyes … blood all over … ambulance … amnesia … my friend who saw it all says I looked just like that skier who took the tumble and ABC’s Wide World of Sports would show the fall as a lead in before each telecast. Jeez I was a mess ! … took me the better part of 2 months so start thinking straight again … I’m tellin ya …scary stuff indeed !

A few of you kept in touch with me for the football picks and I don’t remember ever telling you what happened … lol … I didn’t want you to get spooked in thinking the picks were from some deranged lunatic … there are enough sickos doing that already … they are called “ Sports Services” … we all know how twisted they are.


So I post each day then leave all the rest to your best judgment and to the gambling gods.

Besides .. if there is an oversight I know Karl is always there and he has our backs. And who better than our Kaptain ???
