Finally had a good day yesterday picking up 7 units. Had the Blue Jays not been beaten by those pesky pesky D-Rays it would have been a 13+ unit day. Either way it was a day I was waiting for. Onto today.

Anaheim - Colon -132 Grabbing this now as I can only see the betting public jumping on this even more. Anaheim is not the same team on the road as they are at home, true. Anaheim does not hit as well on the road as they do at home, true. St. Louis has been pathetic to start this year, very true. Kip Wells seems to get hit hard every time out. Anaheim has a solid offense now that people, Figgins and Anderson seem to be healthy. Anaheim hits the ball all over the park tonight, something like Detroit did last night.

Atlanta - Cormier +115 Just a gut play here. Marshall has not been so hot this season and this is the type of pitcher Atlanta needs to see right now to awaken their bats. Braves take game 2 of the 4 game set tonight.
Boston - Beckett -155 This is just going to climb and climb and climb. With the way Davis has been pitching I would have thought this would be a little lower. The fact is, Davis has pitched against the Phillies(best 2 hitters are lefties), the Mets who cant hit right now, and Colorado(is not the same team away from home). The 7 innings and 2 runs vs Colorado is a nice outing considering I like their offense. The other two I can not be as impressed by as catching the Mets slumping is good as a Braves fan, but nothing to make me think he can continue to pitch this way. Beckett has been outstanding to start the year. Pitching in a big park tonight will only help put a stop to the D-Backs recent surge. Boston in a tight one, 5-2
