good day yesterday JT, and I know you probably had the OVER in the NBA.....looks like a solid 7-1 day for ya....counting the double play on Braves.....keep er up my man.....

I also laid out the Mariners for ya in last nights post (mine), as you and I agreed, and it was my POD........

COME BACK SHANE........Pan Fried, some Italian Sausage, in very little Olive OIl, sautaed some Onions, red/yellow peppers, mushrooms, in same grease, added a lil water, flour, made a roux, added some more water to thin out roux, added about 6 Tablespoons of COME BACK, and blended in the roux, made a nice sauce to go over the Sausage.....Nice and spicy....Sliced Sausage longways, toated some rye bread, layed on plate and covered with sauce, and then went to town.....Was good.....kapt
